De Graafstroom Dairy was built in the Zuid-Holland village of Bleskensgraaf in 1908. It was set up as a dairy “for farmers, by farmers” where milk was processed by honest means to produce an honest final product: cheese from the heart. And we still do that, and with pleasure, day in, day out.
Meet our farmers, who are united in DeltaMilk Dairy Cooperative, here. These farmers are the dedicated proprietors of De Graafstroom Dairy, which is right at the centre of our Groene Hart region, the green heart of the Netherlands. That responsibility encourages our farmers to give our cows even more care, so those cows, in turn, produce the most delicious milk for us. And you can taste that in the cheese that our people make in the dairy: the most delicious, naturally matured Gouda cheese - our cheese, made from the heart. We work hard at to make this cheese with dedication, passion and craftsmanship. Straight from the heart!
