Bonck van Blesckens, or De Bonck for short, is De Graafstroom’s robust, high-quality cheese, inspired by traditional methods. De Bonck has been specially developed by our cheesemakers for connoisseurs, true cheese experts who are only satisfied with the best quality. It is precisely these connoisseurs who rate De Bonck very highly. They find the cheese extra smooth, powerful, and rich in flavor.
The cheese makers fill the De Bonck cheese vats extra generously. This results in a substantial cheese weighing around 16 kilos, which is 4 kg more than a regular Gouda. Naturally matured under specific temperature and humidity conditions. Top quality through consistent production. De Bonck from Blesckens is available in mild and creamy, spicy, and extra spicy varieties.
