Four employees complete training to become panel leaders

De Graafstroom dairy has an Expert Panel officially recognized by Brightlands NovaBite, in which a selection of employees assess cheese every week on various attributes such as appearance, texture, and taste. These carefully composed tasting sessions provide valuable insights into the differences between the wide variety of Gouda cheeses.

We are also proud to announce that four employees of De Graafstroom have successfully completed their training as Panel Leaders and received the official Brightlands certificate. They are now authorized to supervise the taste tests of our Expert Panel, enabling our team to assess cheeses at the highest possible level.
