Our Signature Gouda cheese with its original recipe is the best tasting, award winning cheese from the region in the Netherlands where Gouda originated. Our 190 farmers take great care of their animals and land with their natural and sustainable way of farming. Now and for generations to come. Our cheese makers are dedicated to make the best tasting cheeses, based on the best milk and a traditional recipe, in our factory in Bleskengraaf. Our cheese affineurs closely follow the cheeses during the process where the cheeses slowly ripen on wooden shelves under natural ripening conditions. Our cheese master carefully selects, approves and signs the best cheeses for our Signature Gouda customers.
