Art Wolleswinkel

My name is Art Wolleswinkel and together with my family, I run our dairy farm ‘Aerderoort’ in the green countryside of Renswoude. Our family has been farming here for generations, and I am proud to continue that tradition. We care for our cows with attention and work in harmony with nature as much as possible. This means, among other things, that our animals spend a large part of the year outdoors and are fed herb-rich grass from our own land. In this way, we try to close the cycle on our farm as much as possible.

To sell our milk, we are affiliated with DeltaMilk/De Graafstroom, a cooperative that, to me, stands for efficiency and a no-nonsense mentality. What makes De Graafstroom special is the professionalism of both its management and its employees. Everyone knows what they are doing and that inspires confidence. If we continue to uphold these values together, we will be able to continue making sensible choices in the future. And I look forward to that with great confidence.
