from Noordeloos

We run a family dairy farm on the periphery of the Alblasserwaard. This polder location allows our herd of some seventy dairy cattle to graze on fresh pasture from spring through autumn. The cows receive additional feed in the shed, to vouch for their best possible nutritional health. The exceptional feature of this polder land is that it offers the herd a rich and natural variety of grasses and herbs on which to graze. The area also boasts a variety of other wildlife species, including meadow birds, hares, storks, roe deer and countless others. This unique habitat enables us supply superior quality milk with which to produce the tastiest Graafstroom cheese.
