Last week, a selection of employees from Zuivelfabriek De Graafstroom successfully completed the Brightlands Expert Panel training.Over a number of months, the selected employees were trained in inspecting cheese on various attributes such as appearance, texture and taste. The process was completed last week and the Brightlands certificate was awarded. Zuivelfabriek De Graafstroom now has an officially recognized Expert Panel at its disposal for inspecting cheeses at a high level.
