At De Graafstroom, we employ some 90 people who work in various departments. Together, they produce a superb final product. In the dairy, our cheese-makers know that it takes more to make cheese than just milk and a dairy. They know that nature must be allowed to take its course. So, like our farmers, we follow natural processes and make sure the circumstances are optimal for the cheese-making process.
