from Montfoort

“My granddad built this farm in Willeskop in 1940 and my wife and I took over from my parents in 2008. This isn’t the biggest farm, relatively speaking. I have 80 typically Dutch MRIJ cows, including young cattle and our own bull. The cows give good milk, and that quality is passed on to De Graafstroom’s cheese. It feels good: it’s my cheese. It’s a great product which should be top quality and I don’t mind working hard for that.”
