from Harmelen

“My dad was a farmer, but I’m not the eldest so I spent years working as a cow inseminator. Nevertheless, I was able to take over my family's farm close to Harmelen in 1985. Our farm is one of the smallest but has one of the most sustainable herds. My 35 cows don’t just produce excellent milk, they’re also very tame and reach a good old age. My dairy farm is also a care farm and my cows are the hostesses. We have a good balance between animals and humans here, and you can taste all that love in our cheese!”

Regards, Ad.
