“I’m the eight generation of our family to run this business. Our farm, which is on Nederwoudseweg near Lunteren, has been here since the 14th century. Our historic farmyard is even a listed building and protected by law. I love farming, it’s a combination of all sorts of jobs in one. I work according to the season and take good care of our 55 dairy cows and our 6,000 ecologically-reared hens. We aim to achieve quality with our traditional business. That’s why we feel at home working with De Graafstroom: what we do, we do well. That just makes the cheese even better.”
