from IJsselstein

My wife and I took over my parents’ livestock farm in 2002. A splendid farm amid the pastures of the Green Heart of the Netherlands. Throughout the years we succeeded in expanding our herd to 130 Red Pied and Black Pied dairy cows. My wife and our four children all eagerly lend a hand to ensure the farm remains viable. Our ladies are free to stroll through the meadows to graze whenever they choose. And if they want to be milked, they can simply stroll back to one of our milking robots. This pasture milk is used to make the tastiest Graafstroom cheese.
