De Bonck Matured is given a generous amount of time to mature on traditional wooden planks in our cheese warehouse.

De Bonck Matured remains ‘active’ while it matures. You can taste that this De Bonck has ‘come a long way’. During the natural ripening process, De Bonck Matured acquires its strong, full flavour and becomes even creamier. The distinctive slight sweetness is also easy to taste.
